We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment through our online booking system. Text, phone calls, emails or direct messaging will not be accepted. You may be charged a cancellation fee if appointment is not cancelled 24 hours before.

No-shows or last minute cancellations are missed opportunities for us to provide services for clients on our waiting list. 


Your timely arrival is greatly appreciated. Due to the demand for appointments, late arrivals 10 minutes past allotted appointment time will be marked as a no-show and will be asked to reschedule. 


A maximum of 3 No-shows or last minute cancellations will be tolerated. In the case that the maximum is reached, we will no longer be able to accommodate your future service requests. 


The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our schedule filled, thus better serving everyone.
