CANCELATION POLICY:

 

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment through our online booking system. You may be charged a cancellation fee if appointment is not cancelled 24 hours before.

Your timely arrival is greatly appreciated. Due to the demand for appointments, late arrivals 10 minutes past allotted appointment time will be marked as a late cancellation and will be asked to reschedule.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our schedule filled, thus better serving everyone.
